great location but breakfast options need improvement

The location was perfect with many restaurants and shopping nearby. The room had a comfortable bed with a nice sitting area and jacuzzi.

I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't speak to its quality or variety.

Thank you for a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is clean, provides with spotless and brand-new rooms. The breakfast is freshly prepared with variety of dishes.

The hotel provides a tasty breakfast. The staff is pleasant, accommodating. The location of the venue is excellent, not far from shops and restaurants and commercial areas and restaurants, services, main artery roads and Interstate 40.

Cold breakfast, it should definitely be improved.

This place is nice, and has free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. I'll never forget how the staff helped me find my lost wallet. I highly recommend it for a comfortable stay. Coming back for a holiday!

Convenient and comfortable for a good price.

Some neighboring guests were very loud and rude.

Excellent location as we were there for shopping at the outlet store. When we arrived we were not on the computer for that night with some investigation we were found on the wrong night and showing a no show! We had booked on October 22 for on October 23 and was in the computer for October 21, mass confusion. Thank god lots of rooms available and an excellent desk clerk. Don't know where the wrong dates originated from, Booked.net or the Ramada. I know my confirmation number showed everything correct.

The ramada was a great base for our trip, just a short 30-minute drive to lp field. The room was kept clean, and the bed was comfy. I appreciated the maid service. They really helped with my stuck door. The quiet environment made it easy to rest.

All fine, but jacuzzi cleanliness

Although the room I was in was dated, it was clean and I was comfortable. I would stay there again in the future.

The room was dated. The carpet was dingy and I did not trust walking on it bare footed.

bed was comfortable. location was great for our needs.

dirty! floor filfthy. shower filthy, didnt event use it because it was so dirty.

The proximity to restaurants made dining convenient.

The air conditioning barely cooled the room during the hot weather.

It is in dire need of remodeling...dirty and outdated. Breakfast is poor! Bad for Remada reputation!!!!

Smooth check-in process and a decent-sized jacuzzi room, though the shower pressure was annoyingly low. The room felt damp, leading to a minor sinus issue, unfortunate. The location was convenient with easy access to nearby attractions.

It was just a great match for a short staycation in Lebanon with reasonable price. The jacuzzi in the bathroom was a fun surprise, though it also doubled as the shower. Make sure to request a non-smoking room if you're sensitive to smells.

Great stay for a family!

We had a super fun time here! The outdoor pool was super chill and not crowded at all. Rooms were clean, a must for us with kids. Breakfast hit the spot too. Just wish the WiFi worked better in the room. Had to keep logging back in. Good vibes!
